Wir bei Beiersdorf möchten dazu beitragen, dass sich Menschen in ihrer Haut wohlfühlen – und unser Engagement geht weit über die Pflege der Haut hinaus. Wir entwickeln innovative Haut- und Körperpflegeprodukte für bekannte Marken wie NIVEA, Eucerin, La Prairie, Hansaplast und Labello.

Aufgaben
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im globalen Markenmanagement und Marketing für Verbraucher und Fachleute des Gesundheitswesens sammeln
  • Verkaufsleistung und Markttrends analysieren, um ein tiefes Verständnis des Verbraucherverhaltens zu entwickeln
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Verbrauchermaterialien und Apothekenmaterial für die globale Markteinführung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen funktionsübergreifenden Teams und externen Agenturen
  • Profilierung in einem unterstützenden und kollaborativen Umfeld, welches von einem engagierten Mentor geleitet wird, der sich auf deine persönliche Entwicklung konzentriert
Profil
  • Immatrikuliert in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Marketing oder Medizin
  • Verfügbar für ein 6-monatiges Vollzeit-Praktikum
  • Globale Denkweise mit fließenden Englisch Kenntnissen
  • Starkes Interesse an Wundversorgung, an medizinischem Markenmanagement und Marketing für Verbraucher und medizinisches Fachpersonal
  • Kreative Fähigkeiten / Erfahrung in der Entwicklung kreativer Inhalte ist ein Plus
  • Frühere Erfahrungen in verwandten Bereichen sind von Vorteil
  • Leidenschaftlicher Teamplayer, der bereit ist, die Verantwortung für seine eigenen Projekte zu übernehmen
