Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Manager to join our team in Kassel, Germany. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will play a critical role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements regarding supplier performance for Performance Improvement activities, including spare parts, tools, and consignment, and propose mitigation action plans.
- Support the Performance Improvement Manager to contribute to customer requirements analysis regarding supplier commitments, including clause-by-clause analysis in Doors.
- Prepare relevant documentation to reflect customer and internal Performance Improvement requirements and follow up with procurement for proper integration and addition in supplier contracts and complementary service agreements.
- Participate actively in negotiations with each supplier to ensure good back-to-back alignment with customer requirements.
- Support the back-charging process with relevant Performance Improvement documentation.
- Support the Performance Improvement Manager to monitor the incident management process and tool to follow up on NCRs and 8Ds with Quality.
- Share best practices identified on supplier management with regards to Performance Improvement scope with other regions, clusters, countries, and product lines.
- Develop continuous improvement for cost traceability, continuous improvement, and supplier chargeback awareness and application as a support to Region SER MDs and Region PI managers.
- Contribute to claims and negotiations with external suppliers regarding Performance Improvement activities.
- Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Requirements
- Graduate in Project Management, Procurement, or Finance (Internal Graduation acceptable).
- Internal EHS training.
- English language proficiency.
- Project Execution (Technical, Procurement, Finance) experience.
- Customer and Supplier contact experience.
- Contract management experience.
- Product knowledge.
- Data analytics skills.
