About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and supplier commitments to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer requirements and supplier commitments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve supplier performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to ensure alignment with customer requirements
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance to ensure continuous improvement
  • Share best practices and knowledge with other teams to drive process improvements
  • Contribute to the development of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Project Management, Procurement, or Finance
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in procurement or project management
  • Knowledge of contract management and supplier relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
