Regional Workplace Specialist

Ogury is a global adtech company that delivers innovative advertising solutions grounded in privacy to brands, agencies, and publishers. We're looking for a skilled Regional Workplace Specialist to join our team and support the development of our offices while maintaining our brand image and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring our offices are maintained to a high standard and identifying necessary adjustments, fixes, repairs, and improvements.
- Optimize office layout and assist the management team in finding the right solutions.
- Manage facility management providers and services, including relationships with our building manager and management of contractually required services.
- Ensure office policies regarding safety and security are respected, including registering visitors and locking office doors.
- Coordinate suppliers' invoices and payments, and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Source contractors and suppliers for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, renovations, waste disposal, and security.
- Assist in ensuring all facilities and technical services adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Support regular inspections, maintain safety protocols, and organize safety training for staff and visitors.
- Update Compliance and H&S pages relating to your region.
- Support risk assessments for all tasks and areas, highlighting and eliminating or reducing hazards and risks.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance documents for all offices in remit, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Review documentation to ensure it's up to date, new requirements and legislation are included accordingly.
- Contribute to internal audits and continuous improvement.
- Have more than 1 year of experience in a similar Office Management role.
- Be dynamic, with a 'can-do will-do' attitude, and enjoy operational jobs with a mix of administrative tasks and fieldwork.
- Excellent communicator, fluent in both German and English.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and other office management software.
- Be well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused.
