About the Team
The Core Platform product stream is instrumental in driving Miro's innovation and success. Our Design System team is at the forefront of enhancing user experiences, committed to creating a design language that is not only modern and distinctive but also inclusive for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and enhance Miro's product design language to deliver a contemporary and unique user experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate a clear vision and roadmap for the Design System.
- Provide strategic direction to the design team, ensuring high-quality execution of design initiatives.
- Conduct design critiques and reviews to elevate design standards across the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared ownership.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in product design, with a focus on managing design systems at scale.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in visual interface design and motion design across various platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience leading design teams, emphasizing design systems and accessibility.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design documentation and governance.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
