Senior Social Strategy Consultant (w/m/d)

As a member of the global Publicis Groupe, we collaborate closely with our international MSL counterparts and sister agencies, including Leo Burnett, Digitas, MetaDesign, and Saatchi & Saatchi. Our diverse Business Units and Practice Teams provide strategic counsel to top-tier national and international brands across various sectors, including Corporate and Brand Communications, Digital and Social Media, Public Affairs, Reputation Management, Crisis Communication, and Sustainability.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive social media strategies, including in-depth channel analyses, playbooks, and guidelines in collaboration with the team.
  • Assess client campaigns and content to generate actionable insights for social media engagement.
  • Design channel-specific strategies and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on thorough analyses and reporting.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring consistent account growth and satisfaction.
  • Oversee client and campaign budgets, ensuring meticulous planning and management.
  • Advise on the integration of creators and influencers into campaigns, utilizing research and data-driven selection.
  • Execute projects with proficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

What We Seek:

  • A minimum of several years' experience in a comparable role.
  • Proven strategic expertise in social media and digital communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Understanding of media planning and processes across Earned, Owned, and Paid media.
  • Ability to leverage analytical tools and data to deliver insights on target demographics.
  • Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to media.
  • Capability to think through Customer Journeys.
  • Awareness of current trends and developments in social media and digital platforms.
  • Background in Sales/Marketing is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of independently leading projects and anticipating client needs.
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum Level C1), with strong presentation skills in English.
