This job description is for a position in Social Media Marketing at Online Birds GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:- Acting as the deputy team leader in the Social Media Marketing department, overseeing the development and implementation of social media strategies.
- Project management and key account management, ensuring successful collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Continuous development of the Social Media area, including the introduction of new products and professional development of team members, to stay ahead in the industry.
- Development of specific social media strategies for clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Editorial social media support, concept, optimization, and analysis of social media ads, to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Conducting content and social media workshops with clients, to educate and empower them in social media marketing.
- Analysis of implemented marketing measures and derivation of recommendations for action, to continuously improve and optimize marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training in a relevant field, such as marketing or communications.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience as a (deputy) team leader, with strong leadership and management skills.
- Advanced knowledge in social media ads, including platforms and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office and image editing software, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools.
- Analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers, to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Organizational talent and independent working style, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
