Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating secure, resilient, and scalable software solutions for business integration scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and operation
- Work in a structured manner to solve problems
- Develop and deploy secure, resilient, and scalable software solutions for business integration scenarios
- Implement a CI/CD pipeline for multiple application stages
- Work in an international project mainly with colleagues from different nations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer
- Advanced knowledge about AWS, IaC, and Terraform
- Knowledge about Kubernetes and Helm
- Knowledge about Git, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Very good English communication skills and experience in international cross-functional teams
- Skilled in at least one higher programming language (Java, Python, C#, Go, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge about K8S technologies like EKS, Rancher, Istio
- Knowledge about microservice architectures
- Knowledge about back-end technologies like Java and OSGi
- Knowledge about build tools like Maven
- Knowledge about observability technologies like Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, CloudTrail, OpenTelemetry
Work Arrangements
The position can be filled in our headquarters in Bretten or our offices in Karlsruhe/Trier. It can also be discussed to work remotely for 80% or more.
