About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team at SEEBURGER. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure, resilient, and scalable cloud-based systems
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS and Kubernetes
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for multiple application stages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS, IaC, and Terraform
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
  • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in international teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of K8S technologies like EKS, Rancher, and Istio
  • Knowledge of microservice architectures
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies like Java and OSGi
  • Knowledge of build tools like Maven
  • Knowledge of observability technologies like Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, CloudTrail, and OpenTelemetry

The position can be filled in our headquarters in Bretten or our offices in Karlsruhe/Trier. It can also be discussed to work remotely for 80% or more.
