Recruitment Manager for Legal Professionals

Overview of the Position:
Axiom is seeking a dedicated and insightful Recruitment Manager to enhance our efforts in acquiring top-tier legal talent. As an integral part of our broader Talent Acquisition team, the Recruitment Manager will devise and execute innovative strategies to meet our hiring objectives, directly influencing the expansion of our global organization.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Managing the complete recruitment process for our legal team, which encompasses candidate screening, interviews, due diligence, and coordinating evaluations and hiring decisions.
- Establishing and nurturing a network of prospective candidates through direct sourcing, proactive market analysis, and ongoing relationship management.
- Leading offer negotiations with senior legal professionals and General Counsel candidates.
- Defining and implementing strategic sourcing approaches to attract exceptional legal talent to Axiom.
- Acting as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Keeping detailed records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities, providing regular updates to both local and global leadership.
- Assessing client needs in collaboration with the commercial team and assisting in managing our legal hiring strategy to maintain a consistent and relevant candidate pipeline.
- Staying informed about recruiting trends and issues within the legal sector that may impact the business in both the short and long term.
- Collaborating with various Axiom departments, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to ensure smooth coordination within the Axiom Headquarters team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, either in a recruitment agency/staffing firm or in-house for a corporation.
- Strong interviewing skills: capable of efficiently and quickly evaluating candidate suitability, particularly in relation to the legal field.
- Ability to foster remote relationships with candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive touch.
- Confidence and professionalism to engage with seasoned legal professionals.
- Capacity to thrive in a team setting, manage multiple tasks concurrently, adapt to changes swiftly, and solve problems creatively.
- Proficient in essential software tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Legal experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Germany.
- Proficiency in both English and German is required.
