Job Title: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand existing business relationships with selected group customers across different countries
  • Actively manage relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and evaluate customer potentials
  • Develop and implement individual customer strategies to increase revenue and improve customer loyalty
  • Coordinate sales in regional and global group customer business
  • Identify and acquire new potential group customers
  • Maintain data of our group customers at corporate level

Requirements

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk and/or Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or similar qualification with relevant work experience
  • Several years of experience in international sales of technical products preferred
  • Relevant industry experience, ideally in servicing international key customers
  • Structured, analytical, and independent work style while also being a team player
  • Enjoy building sustainable customer relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, ability to prioritize
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, service-oriented, and goal-oriented work approach
  • Hands-on mentality in daily sales activities
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly flexible and able to adapt to changing customer situations
  • Friendly and competent in dealing with customers, colleagues, and superiors
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English
