About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Tchibo. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development, positioning, and coordination of our brand and sustainability activities in our international business area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proof of concepts for countries and interfaces regarding strategic and operational issues.
  • Ensure that our international portfolio for the brand and sustainability activities meets current consumer needs in our core markets.
  • Manage the product range and develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of our brand.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for the brand and respective products.
  • Lead the management of market research and coordinate sustainability activities across a range of brands.
  • Build a comprehensive global network within the company and liaise closely with national subsidiaries.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in economics, preferably with a major in marketing or strategic/international management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of an FMCG brand.
  • Experience in leading international project teams and navigating complex organizations.
  • Track record of successfully launching brands or products in a range of markets.
  • Experience in managing brand-/product-related sustainability topics and implementing activities to meet consumer needs and legal requirements.
  • Passion for consumer goods brands and a willingness to contribute to the future of our brands with creative concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness, with a strong implementation skills and intercultural sensitivity.
  • Business fluency in English, with additional language skills advantageous.
