Student Assistant in Commercial Sales

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist various functions within the Commercial Sales Management team for our European operations.

Collaborating closely with team members, you will help identify and implement more effective solutions for reporting, daily operations, and procedural tasks. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, VBA programming, and Power BI, along with a keen interest in database management, particularly SQL.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide operational assistance to the Sales Controlling, Commercial Sales Management, and Costing departments.
  • Independently create and enhance monthly management reports, primarily utilizing Power BI.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks involving operational interfaces such as Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production, and Project Management.
  • Conduct data uploads and analyses within SQL databases.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of German and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
  • Competent in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SQL database management systems.
  • Demonstrates a structured, meticulous, and independent work ethic.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset, is a team player, and has strong communication abilities.
