Commercial Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Sales Assistant to support the Commercial Sales Management team in the European division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the Sales Controlling, Commercial Sales Management, and Costing teams
- Develop and maintain monthly management reports using Power BI
- Perform ad-hoc tasks with operational interfaces, including Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production, and Project Management
- Upload and analyze data into and from SQL databases
Your Ideal Profile:
- Registered student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Fluent in English, with German and Spanish being beneficial
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA
- Good skills in Microsoft Power BI
- Familiar with SQL data management systems
- Structured, diligent, and independent work style
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
