Logistics Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Assistant Warehouse Manager to become a vital part of our team at Grapefrute. In this position, you will be tasked with supervising internal warehouse activities to guarantee efficient inbound and outbound logistics. Collaborating closely with shift supervisors and warehouse leadership, you will ensure optimal service standards, enhance team efficiency, and uphold safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting warehouse leadership in directing, mentoring, and nurturing the warehouse personnel
  • Executing short- and medium-term capacity assessments for the central warehouse
  • Overseeing operational technology and maintenance tasks while ensuring site safety
  • Organizing, executing, and reviewing audits
  • Working collaboratively across departments and with production for project execution
  • Reporting to warehouse and regional logistics management

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of logistics experience in the FMCG sector or similar fields
  • Experience in leadership and familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Expertise in data analysis and warehouse operations
  • Proficient in IT skills (SAP, WMS) and fluent in both German and English
