About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Professional (f/m/d) to join our team at the Mercedes-Benz dealership/field service in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new vans and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new vans to customers and provide qualified advice to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Communicate service products and service offers related to the vehicle to customers
  • Acquire new customers and provide long-term support and loyalty
  • Discover market potential and turn it into targeted customer offers
  • Keep an eye on competitor vehicles and comparison classes
Requirements
  • Certified as an automotive salesperson (f/m/d) according to VDA/VDIK/ZDK or several years of experience in automotive sales
  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a degree
  • Enjoy working with customers and have a winning manner
  • High degree of performance orientation and independent way of working
  • Affinity for digitalized sales processes
  • Market and product knowledge in the automotive sector
