About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team as an Area Manager. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Nuremberg/Fürth/Bamberg area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and market share
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and acquire new customers
  • Provide product training and support to customers, as well as stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and technologies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Completed studies in a business or scientific discipline, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
  • Strong sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent German and English language skills
