About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team as an Area Manager. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Nuremberg/Fürth/Bamberg area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and market share
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and acquire new customers
- Provide product training and support to customers, as well as stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and technologies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Completed studies in a business or scientific discipline, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
- Strong sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent German and English language skills
