About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student - ServiceNow Implementation to join our Global Technology Legal Compliance (GTLC) team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules specific to Incident management and Service Requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Implementation:
    • Support the implementation of ServiceNow modules specific to Incident management and Service Requests.
    • Assess business requirements, design solutions, and drive projects from conception through completion.
  • Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI policies, and client scripts.
    • Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer science or other scientific courses
  • Computer skills: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Language skills: fluent in English
  • Soft skills: team player, proactive, quick reaction, and response
