Master's Program in Automation and Process Optimization

BUYIN GmbH is pleased to offer a practice-oriented dual master's program in collaboration with Steinbeis University. This program combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience in the field of automation.

As part of this program, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting process analyses to identify and define automation potential.
  • Developing efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and comprehensible Software Bots.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation.
  • Monitoring the technical performance of Bots post-deployment.
  • Implementing technical optimizations and adjustments after deployment.
  • Supporting testing activities, including test case descriptions, execution of tests, incident management, and coordination with developers.
  • Performing troubleshooting and contributing to sustainable solutions when errors occur.

Candidates should have completed a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or business informatics, and are eager to expand their knowledge in IT security and information system consulting while gaining practical experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Basic knowledge in software and process automation.
  • Experience in application development (e.g., VB.Net, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript).
  • A broad interest in process optimization.
  • Initial experience in consulting is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • A self-responsible and structured approach to work.
  • A genuine interest in continuously exploring new topics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English (French knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
