About the Role
  • Manage and implement IT projects and initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to IT teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
  • Develop and manage IT budgets and resource plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management and business analysis
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and ITIL frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
