Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to identify potential issues and defects.
- Analyze test requirements to identify potential ambiguities and defects, and implement early bug prevention techniques.
- Identify, categorize, and report bugs during the execution of test plans.
- Participate in regular reporting of test progress and results, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Contribute to risk assessment after test completion, and make release recommendations.
- Familiar with JIRA system for adding findings, and understand the process of prioritization in collaboration with the Lead Game Designer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Manager in Gaming, preferably VR Gaming.
- Passionate gamer with knowledge of the VR gaming scene.
- Solid technical knowledge, and enthusiasm for QA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in using bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA).
- Self-organized, structured work manner, and ability to work outside predefined solution paths.
- Correct prioritization, and ability to structure workday.
- Analysis of tasks, and quick recognition of inconsistencies and problems.
- Fluency in English, and preferably also German.
- Solid knowledge in a scripting or programming language, and use of databases.
