EarthStream Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Substation Project Manager to oversee the design, technical execution, and project management of electrical substations. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver electrical substation projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in substation design and engineering, including project management experience.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of high-voltage substation components, electrical systems, and grid interconnections.
- Proven experience with German TSO and DSO market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong German and English skills.
- Ability to travel countrywide.
