Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, implementing measures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our IT infrastructure.
