Job Overview

Robert Bosch Krankenhaus GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our bioinformatics team as a research assistant. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and scRNA-seq.
  • Contribute to developing computational tools and scripts for data processing.
  • Collaborate with researchers to support data interpretation and presentation.
  • Participate in maintaining computational resources and software under supervision.
Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
  • Experience with programming in R or Python.
  • Familiarity with Linux or other operating systems is beneficial.
  • Interest in cancer research and bioinformatics applications.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic research environment.
