Robert Bosch Krankenhaus GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bioinformatics Research Assistant. In this role, you will assist in the analysis of next-generation sequencing data, develop computational tools and scripts, and collaborate with researchers to support data interpretation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis of next-generation sequencing data, including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and scRNA-seq.
  • Develop and implement computational tools and scripts for data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with researchers to support data interpretation and presentation, including the development of visualizations and reports.
  • Participate in the maintenance of computational resources and software under supervision.
Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics, including experience with programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Familiarity with Linux or other operating systems is beneficial.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic research environment.
