Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Contorion. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and attractive user experiences and interfaces across our E-Commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover new solutions and ensure effective design implementation.
  • Conduct user interviews and surveys to understand customer needs and pain points, leveraging research data, A/B testing, and analytics for thorough evaluation.
  • Develop customer journey maps to document customer touchpoints with our brand and product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, stakeholders, and other product designers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce or a related field, with a degree or relevant practical knowledge in Design/UX, Industrial Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of other design and research tools a plus.
  • Experience with user research methods, qualitative interviews, and successful contributions to design systems.
