Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic and fast-growing fintech company, Raisin. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our award-winning marketplaces, helping customers gain better access to competitive savings, investment, and pension products.
As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality.
We are looking for a talented designer who is passionate about creating solutions that empower users, transform industries, and make a lasting impact. If you have a solid understanding of business and product metrics, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a user-centric design approach, we want to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities- Lead the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs
- Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality
- Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback
- Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team
- Participate in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design team
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Solid understanding of business and product metrics
- Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset
- Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approach
- Proficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality
- Skilled in various design tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products
