Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Manager SAP Security (m/f/d) to oversee the functional area of Authorization Management across all Vishay SAP systems. This role is based at our European headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Authorization Management function for all SAP systems.
- Manage the area of staff member authorizations.
- Conduct conference calls and facilitate group meetings.
- Develop and implement operating instructions and guidelines.
- Formulate standardized authorization rules for all SAP systems.
- Oversee, review, and process authorization requests.
- Plan resources for team members effectively.
- Create and modify new authorization roles as needed.
- Collaborate on SAP projects related to authorization.
- Support all SAP-related audits.
- Provide internal training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and technical documentation skills.
- Expertise in SAP Authorization.
- Experience as an SAP Security Administrator with SAP ERP, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BO, and SAP SCM.
- Solid foundation in authorization analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in international leadership.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German.
