We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Hamburg. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily collection process, performing monthly closing activities, and collaborating with our network and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly closing activities for the AR subledger
  • Support the daily collection process for our network and customers
  • Collaborate with our third-party partner on public social customer activities
  • Support dispute resolution activities
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Participate in projects related to working capital optimization
  • Perform other financial and administrative tasks as required

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a commercial training program
  • You have gained experience in accounting, preferably in the field of Accounts Receivable
  • You have user knowledge of common accounting software, including Oracle
  • You are proficient in MS-Office, particularly Excel
  • IFRS/IAS knowledge is an asset
  • You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and have a good command of English
