Store Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Filial Manager to join our team at PENNY. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and driving sales growth.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our stores, including inventory management and customer service.
• Work closely with our store leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate our store teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with our logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient inventory management and delivery.

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
