We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Filial Manager to join our team at PENNY. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

• Manage the sales performance of your market, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with your market leadership team to develop and implement strategies for sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
