As a leading company in Europe, we have great expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) with Odoo, IT management systems, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our growing corporate marketing and communication team. As a key member of the team, you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for the Camptocamp Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for the Camptocamp Group, including the head office in Switzerland and all branches in Switzerland, France, and Germany.
  • Implement and control an annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Camptocamp's website, including content publication, SEO, and social media profiles, in close cooperation with our graphic designer and communication manager.
  • Oversee Google AdWords marketing, including budget management and campaign activities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Perform organizational tasks in day-to-day business, such as research, quote procurement, marketing material ordering, media bookings, and invoice control.
  • Plan and organize customer events and trade show appearances, ensuring a strong brand presence.
  • Administer marketing materials and trade fair equipment, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with vendors, such as Red Hat, Suse, and Odoo, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, content creation, and common social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Xing).
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence in marketing and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently, in a team, and with commitment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with French language.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges.
