Junior CRM Specialist

SHEKO GmbH is a dynamic and innovative company that operates multiple end-customer brands, including the successful healthy lifestyle brand SHEKO. From development to marketing and sales in our own online shops and marketplaces like eBay and Amazon, we handle everything in-house.
Job Responsibilities- Support the planning and implementation of CRM activities (email, WhatsApp, print) to bind and activate customers
- Monitor and evaluate performance based on relevant KPIs
- Develop written content for CRM initiatives
- Maintain our CRM knowledge database
- Actively track industry trends and innovations to further develop existing CRM measures
- You have a completed degree or completed vocational training (preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field)
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in the CRM or email marketing field
- You have ideally already gained some experience with the Klaviyo tool and are familiar with relevant KPIs in email marketing
- You bring a very good analytical understanding and a creative approach
- You have excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written)
- You see a proactive, self-reliant, and structured way of working as a matter of course
