Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Management Associate fluent in Japanese to join our coordination department. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production and shipment planning in collaboration with manufacturing facilities.
- Facilitate communication between Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Oversee inventory management and strategic inventory forecasting.
- Control airfreight expenditures and provide detailed reports to the Business Unit.
- Engage with Japanese counterparts to ensure alignment and operational success.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an international environment; background in coordination or automotive sectors is advantageous.
- Proficient in both English and Japanese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A personable and resilient individual with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
