What We Expect From You

  • Completed education in hotel management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in front office operations, preferably within luxury hospitality settings.
  • Strong service orientation and empathy towards both guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, polished manners, and a confident demeanor.
  • Fluency in both German and English, in spoken and written forms.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, ideally OPERA, and MS Office applications.
