Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Coordinator / HR Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our People functions, from payroll processing to employment contracts, visa applications, relocation planning, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely, accurate, and scalable payroll process.
- Contract Administration: Set up and maintain employment contracts that comply with local laws and regulations.
- Global Mobility: Support international employees in navigating the complexities of visa applications and renewals, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Relocation Planning: Supervise relocation planning and people operations logistics in collaboration with our EOR partner, Lano.
- Data Management: Maintain our equity registry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate calibration meeting schedules and logistics, providing the necessary tools and materials to fuel our teams' success.
- First experience in People Operations / HR Administration (e.g. as a working student or intern), ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for People operations / HR Admin work
- Ability to stay organized whilst handling multiple tasks at the same time
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in an open space office environment (quiet open space office is available)
- Fluency in German and English: both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding across various personalities, backgrounds, and cultural differences
