Das Bundesamt für Bauwesen und Raumordnung (BBR) ist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Bauprojekten für den Bund, sowohl national als auch international. Es betreut bedeutende und komplexe Bauvorhaben, die sowohl gestalterische als auch technische Anforderungen erfüllen müssen, wobei ein hoher Wert auf Baukultur und Wirtschaftlichkeit gelegt wird.

Aktuell sucht das BBR für das Referat B 7 "Informationstechnologie" eine / einen:

Die Querschnittsabteilung B vereint eine Vielzahl von bautechnischen und baufachlichen Grundsatz- und Spezialthemen. Mit ihren unterschiedlichen Fachkompetenzen unterstützt sie die Projektmanagementreferate der Bauabteilungen, erstellt interne baufachliche Arbeitsanweisungen und übernimmt als "Fachaufsicht führende Ebene" (FfE) Aufsichtsaufgaben. Zudem ist sie abteilungsübergreifend für die Einführung und Betreuung digitaler Bau- und Fachinformationssysteme zuständig.

In dieser Abteilung umfasst Ihr Aufgabenbereich im Referat B 7 "Informationstechnologie":

  • Verwaltung der Rechenzentrums-, Datenspeicher-, Backup/Recovery- und Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur von unterstützenden Systemen des gesamten BBR, einschließlich der Verantwortung für Software- und Hardwarekomponenten, wie z.B. Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Dokumentation, Konfiguration, Fehlerbehebung und Außerbetriebnahme sowie Verantwortung für infrastrukturelle Hilfssysteme.
  • Entgegennahme, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lösungen für Anforderungen im Bereich der Rechenzentrums-, Datenspeicher-, Backup/Recovery-, Server- und Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur sowie von unterstützenden Systemen.
  • Planung der zukünftigen Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur, basierend auf bisheriger und zu erwartender Nutzung.
  • Übernahme der Schnittstellenfunktion zu anderen Teams der internen IT, zu weiteren Bedarfsträgern innerhalb und außerhalb des BBR sowie zu externen Unternehmen und Beratern.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Verwaltungsinformatik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss.
  • Alternativ: Nachweis gleichwertiger Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in entsprechenden Tätigkeiten.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von IT-Infrastruktur im öffentlichen Sektor und/oder Kenntnisse der relevanten IT-Richtlinien und BSI-Vorgaben.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Nach einem erfolgreichen Auswahlverfahren ist eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung "Ü2" gemäß dem Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG des Bundes) erforderlich.

Vergütung:

Die Eingruppierung erfolgt in Entgeltgruppe 11 TV EntgO Bund, sofern die persönlichen Anforderungen erfüllt sind.

Je nach Bewerberlage kann eine übertarifliche Vorweggewährung von Stufen sowie eine zusätzliche befristete Fachkräftezulage in Betracht gezogen werden.
