As a Working Student PMO at Heraeus, you will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating the activities of the Heraeus Digital Hub. Your responsibilities will include project and program management using agile methods, preparing presentations and documents for top management, and actively supporting internal and external communication.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Organize and coordinate the activities of the Heraeus Digital Hub
* Manage projects and programs using agile methods
* Prepare presentations and documents for top management
* Support internal and external communication
* Process ad-hoc inquiries and manage office operations
* Develop and implement standards, processes, and methods in project management
* Manage the SharePoint project management platform
* Moderate internal meetings and operational task management
* Create training documents and carry out follow-up work
* Organize teamwork to prioritize problems effectively

Your Profile

* Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a similar field of study
* Practical experience in IT, digitalization, project, or project portfolio management
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Experience with SharePoint, Office, and Azure DevOps an advantage
* Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
* Ability to work in a team, resilience, open, and convincing personality
* Detail and number-oriented
* Good communication skills for international cooperation
* Valid study certificate for the entire period of employment
