Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our EU Strategic Operations team at Wayfair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas of cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Support the development of financial reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
