About the Role:
- Monitor the progress of the Safety Management System (SMS) and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deploy and support the Aviation Safety Center in Donauwörth
- Support and plan training activities
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials (e.g. posters, videos, news, etc.)
- Maintain and ensure the evolution of the collaborative tools of the EQB aviation safety management (Safety Roadshow Management Tool)
- Support the process improver: process confirmation planning and monitoring, process deployment follow-up in subsidiaries, requirement cascading
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, aeronautics, etc.)
- First practical experience in the field of European aviation regulations (EASA) is desirable
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite experience)
- Teamwork
- Fluent English skills
- German skills (good to have)
