Aviation Safety Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Aviation Safety team as a VIE Aviation Safety Support Staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Safety Management System (SMS) and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
About the Role:
- Monitor and analyze SMS performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Deploy and support the Aviation Safety Center in Donauwörth, ensuring seamless integration with our global safety management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, such as posters, videos, and news articles, to raise awareness about our safety initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve our collaborative tools, ensuring seamless communication and information sharing across the organization.
- Support process improvement initiatives, including process confirmation, planning, and monitoring, as well as requirement cascading.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or aeronautics.
- First-hand experience in European aviation regulations (EASA) is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- German language skills are a plus.
