Key Responsibilities- Regulatory controls of payment in Mutual Funds and Special Funds
- Regulatory controls and execution of Subscriptions and Redemption
- Investment Compliance regulatory controls
- Calculating and delivery of the Trustee and Depository fees
- Processing of fund events
- Reconciliation tasks between Transfer Agent Luxembourg and Custodian Frankfurt
- Client communication and transaction management
- Interaction with other BNY Mellon Departments (local and international)
- Analysis and improvement of processes to minimize risk and exposure
- Bank or business education with specialization and experience in Fund Business in Germany
- Proven experience with standard Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-driven and responsible individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in German and English (speaking and writing)
