Semiconductor Microtechnologist

Position Overview:
As a Microtechnologist in semiconductor manufacturing, you will oversee our production operations, address process irregularities, and make informed decisions to maintain efficient production workflows. Your role will involve conducting problem analyses and delivering statistical evaluations to implement necessary actions.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Assessing and prioritizing process deviations.
- Identifying errors and conducting process analyses to determine measures for process reliability.
- Monitoring statistical processes and analyzing data.
- Sharing knowledge, training new team members, and collaborating closely with engineers.
- Taking ownership of implementation measures to requalify and commission production systems.
- Conducting experiments and process trials.
- Facilitating and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
The position operates on a continuous shift schedule, with an 8-hour workday and a total of 36 hours per week, following a 6/4 rhythm. Work will be conducted in a cleanroom environment.
Qualifications:
You are well-suited for this position if you possess:
- A completed vocational training as a microtechnologist, production technologist, or electronics technician in microtechnology.
- Preferably some experience in a production setting and proficiency in IT.
- A strong enthusiasm for working in a highly automated production environment.
- Experience with MS Office or similar software applications.
- The ability to understand complex processes and make sound decisions.
- A good command of German (minimum B1 level, B2 level preferred).
