In your new role you will be:

- **Evaluating, prioritizing and analyzing **process deviations
- **Capturing errors and process analyses **, deciding on measures for process security
- **Controlling **statistical process and **evaluating **of data
- **Passing on knowledge **, training new employees and working closely with the department's engineers
- **Taking **responsibility **for the measures of implementation to requalify and commission production systems
- **Performing experiments/process trials**:

- **Supporting **and **implementing **continuous **improvement **processes

We operate on a continuous shift schedule. The work duration is 8 hours per shift / 36 hours per week with a 6/4 pattern. The work is carried out in a cleanroom environment.

As a microtechnologist, you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You add to the feeling of cohesion in your area and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for this task if you:

- Have completed **vocational training as a microtechnologist, production technologist or electronics technician **for microtechnology (f/m/div)
- Ideally have some **work experience **in a **production **company and skilled in IT
- Are **enthusiastic **about working in a **highly automated production **environment
- **Understand complex processes **and are able to make decisions
- Have a good working knowledge of **German **(minimum B1 level, B2 level preferred)
