We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Operations Technology sector. Your primary responsibility will be to architect internal systems and services that enable our team members globally to manage their operational workflows and automations effectively. The Operations Technology encompasses the infrastructure, services, and design elements of both proprietary and external tools (such as Salesforce). You will work closely with an Engineering Manager and a diverse engineering team to facilitate the progressive development of features within this area. Your main stakeholders will be internal teams, ensuring their requirements are met to deliver an exceptional experience for our external clients.
This role is situated within the Platform Tribe, where our objective is to empower our team members to create, operate, and communicate innovative and cohesive products & services on a global scale. Our Squads are strategically aligned with the company's priorities to provide robust infrastructure, enhance data processes, and develop vital operational platforms.
Responsibilities:
Shape and oversee the product vision and strategy for internal tools that assist our Operational teams and their engagement with merchants, ensuring alignment across product teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and leadership Lead the discovery and technical specifications for internal tools for Operations with a multidisciplinary engineering team to create solutions that reduce user friction, offer intelligent automation, and deliver an outstanding experience for our team members and the customers they serve Establish your domain's key performance indicators, collaborating with our Platform Tribe analyst, to monitor enhancements, identify opportunities in user experiences, and communicate the results of deliveries Collaborate with global Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to share insights on the outcomes of initiatives and forthcoming plans, providing essential technical insights and product knowledgeIdeal Candidate Profile:
Proven success in a complex internal environment with multiple systems, both third-party and proprietary. Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory Experience in developing and executing a product strategy, outlined through milestones to demonstrate key short-, mid-, and long-term achievements, supported by a measurement framework. You can illustrate how you have leveraged the outcomes of previous initiatives to learn, iterate, pivot, and adapt Strong technical acumen with the capability to comprehend and discuss technical concepts, architectures, and trade-offs with engineering teams. You have led discussions within your team and managed technical dialogues with external teams, guiding them effectively toward solutions Ability to analyze deeply with a metrics-driven approach. You possess experience with intermediate SQL to derive insights into user and customer interactions and can demonstrate using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and deliver significant impact across various areas Exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
