IT Strategy and Process Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team at Lufthansa Cargo AG.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy and process management, with experience in a corporate environment or a strategy consulting firm.

  • Education: Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, natural sciences, or engineering sciences, or equivalent knowledge and skills through relevant training and professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT strategy, process management, governance, and/or portfolio management, preferably in an IT strategy consulting firm.
  • Key Skills: Thorough knowledge in the design and optimization of organizational structures and processes, proficient in various project management methods, agile frameworks, and fluent in English and German.

In this role, you will play a key role in aligning the IT strategy with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Responsibilities: Delve into topics with strategic relevance to analyze and optimize processes and structures, network and optimize control systems at the company-wide level to initiate change processes, develop strategies for improving IT organization in line with company goals, analyze IT strategy and organizational structure to derive effective solutions, provide expertise to the executive level in the IT strategy process, consult on agility, particularly in relation to SAFe and OKR, manage and communicate strategy implementation, lead and participate in strategic IT projects, analyze, document, adjust, and develop IT processes to enhance efficiency of cargo business processes.
