Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to accelerate our marketing activities and build our brand presence in Germany. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content, managing our social media presence, and analyzing community behavior to inform our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and online reputation
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Monitor and analyze community behavior, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
  • Degree in business studies with a focus on marketing or a related field, and/or professional experience in startups, especially in community management
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative writing style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience with social media analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
  • Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of German marketing trends and culture
  • Availability for at least 6 months, with a flexible work schedule
