We are seeking a Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) to support our mission of delivering outstanding care for the elderly. This role is based at our Evangelical Senior Center Simeon, where we prioritize a serene and nurturing environment for our residents.
Our facility is equipped with 39 full-time care beds and 1 short-term care bed, fostering a warm, family-oriented atmosphere complemented by a spacious garden. We are committed to providing personalized, engaging, and socially responsible care to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the nursing service manager in organizing and overseeing all nursing operations.
- Effectively coordinate and supervise nursing activities to maintain high standards of care.
- Manage personnel and facilitate the ongoing development of nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with specialized departments and external partners to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Deliver optimal patient care through proficient nursing practices.
- State-certified nursing professionals or health care experts.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Exhibit proactive and effective working methods.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
