We are seeking a Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding care for the elderly. At our Evangelical Senior Center Simeon, you will be part of a dedicated team in a nurturing environment.
Our facility accommodates 39 full-time care beds and 1 short-term care bed, fostering a warm, family-oriented atmosphere complemented by a beautiful garden. We prioritize personalized, engaging, and socially responsible care to promote the health and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the nursing service manager in organizing and overseeing all nursing activities.
- Effectively coordinate and assess nursing operations to guarantee high-quality care.
- Manage personnel responsibilities and support the ongoing development of nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with specialized departments and external entities for comprehensive patient care.
- Deliver optimal patient care through proficient nursing practices.
- State-certified nursing professionals or health care experts.
