Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of administrative duties including correspondence, deadline oversight, office organization, and procurement of offers/orders.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, tenants, and service providers.
- Prepare for and actively participate in meetings.
- Independently create and update various reports and overviews.
- Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management, including research and project support.
Qualifications:
- Background in business administration or a related field (e.g., office management).
- A passion for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in German (C1+) both written and spoken.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Knowledge of English is a plus but not mandatory.
